This should be a good one. This is when your elected officials advise the landowners exactly what they have done with your money and what they plan to do with more of your money on this lawsuit they can’t win.
This is also when the board will provide the latest bullshit from the developer that never delivers. Just like children praying to god, there they are on their knees praying and waiting……..waiting………….
Questions will be answered regarding the items discussed at the meeting. Remember, the rule is: one question per landowner per meeting. So make your one questions a good one.
Anticipate a sad story about how this board inherited all these problems from previous board. This board carries the same responsibility as the previous ones. In Feb. 2012, this TAG board stood in front of the members and stated there were no issues facing the board at that time. This Tag board congratulated themselves on what they had done for the community. This Tag board has been aware of the problems facing UBID and has not acted when necessary allowing for deadlines to pass, wasting thousands of dollars, and like previous boards is now spending its time running from actions they will not admit to publicly.
